Sue was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii and moved to the island of Kauai in 1974. After brief trips to Oahu, she settled back on Kauai which has now been home for 25+ years. Sue attended the University of Hawaii at Manoa and the Kauai Community College. Greg was born in Melbourne, Australia and attended Monash University in Victoria, Australia. Surfing became a passion and he soon decided to venture around the world, which took him to places like New Guinea, South Africa and finally Hawaii. Married with 3 children; Kanani, Kyle and Mariko were born and raised on Kauai. Greg enjoys surfing, golf, soccer and now outrigger canoe paddling. Sue enjoys going to the beach, hula and reading.

Garden Island Properties was formed in 1992. The current office, located in Kapa'a was being remodeled when Hurricane Iniki hit in September of 1992. For a brief while, the office operated out of their home in Kapahi. After rebuilding the office, Garden Island Properties has enjoyed its present location in Kapa'a, just off of Kuhio Highway on the makai (ocean) side. Greg has had his Real Estate license since 1986 and Sue since 1991. Garden Island Properties specializes in Real Estate sales and property management with over 30 years of experience together.
