Beautiful Kauai vacation rental property! North Shore pool home located in the resort
community of Princeville. This 3 bedroom plus den, 2 bath
home comes with private swimming pool, complimentary
WIRELESS ACCESS, washer, dryer, double outdoor hot and cold
water showers, BBQ gas grill, lounge chairs and a
screened-in lanai (porch) overlooking the pool. A large
hedge surrounds the property affording excellent privacy.
Kitchen comes fully equipped with Viking gas stove, side by
side refrigerator and all necessary appliances for the
family chef. All bedrooms; including the attached den have
queen sized beds. Ceiling fans are in all three bedrooms.
One bedroom is located downstairs overlooking the pool and
two bedrooms & den are upstairs. The sofa sleeper in the
screened in lanai (great for kids) is also queen size. Both
bathrooms are equipped with shower/bath tubs. Living/dining
area has TV,VCR, DVD, CD player and a large dining table for
social gatherings. This home is comfy for two or families
alike; enjoy the avocados or Samoan coconuts growing in the
backyard. This beautifully furnished home makes "staying
indoors" a pleasure!
The North Shore of Kauai is known for having the most
spectacular scenery and beaches in the world with Hanalei
Bay, Anini Beach and Kalihiwai Bay just minutes away from
your vacation home. If golf is your passion, Princeville has
two world acclaimed courses and discount rates are offered
to guests of Emmalani Pool House. Choose from either the
Makai Course or the Kiele Course. Princeville has shopping
with all your grocery needs as well as many fine dining
locations in the immediate area. Hanalei Valley look-out is
right at the entry to Princeville; overlooking the taro
patches and beautiful mountains. Other scenic spots just
minutes from your Princeville home are Kilauea Lighthouse,
Guava Kai Factory, Hanalei Pier, Huleia Church in Hanalei,
Hanalei River for kayaking, Tunnels Beach for shell
collecting and Ke'e Beach; scene of the film "South
