Folding futon couch in living room is also available for the extra guest. Ceiling fans are located in both bedrooms & living area to circulate the cool ocean breezes. Condo kitchen is fully equipped for "home" meals and living room comes complete with TV, VCR and CD player. Patio located off of the kitchen is great for morning coffee or tea.
