The Cliffs Resort in Princeville sits on the ocean-bluff above the blue Pacific Ocean on Kauai's beautiful North Shore. The Cliffs Resort lies within the Princeville Resort on 22 lush acres of tropical gardens. All of our units are have ocean-views from the living room, dining room, front deck and kitchen. Full kitchen, TVs, CD players, DVDs, hair dryers and beach towels come with your fully equipped condo. Second bedrooms in 2 bedroom units are loft style bedrooms w/2 double beds. Four bedroom ocean bluff condos are 2 story and can be rented as a 2 or 3 bedroom if need be.
The amenities include a swimming pool, sauna, 2 hot tubs, putting green, bike rentals, full-size volleyball/badminton court, a half-court basketball court, two shuffleboard courts, childrens playground and 2 tennis courts. Discount golf and spa usage is offered at the nearby Robert Trent Jones Course is offered to all Cliffs Resort guests. Beautiful Hanalei Bay, Anini Beach or Kalihiwai Bay is about a five minute drive away. Head south to the Kilauea Lighthouse or north to "the end of the road" to Ke'e Beach-scene for the famous movie "Bali Hai" or hike the famous Na Pali Coastline. Princeville Shopping Center minutes away also offer many fine restaurants, a grocery store, a public library and boutiques if shopping is your passion!
 If golf is your passion, Princeville is your paradise. The beautiful 45 Hole Trent Jones Princeville Golf complex is adjacent to the resort. Ranked among the world's most challenging and picturesque championship course, golfing at either the Prince Course or Makai Course will be a delight. Practice putting around on our manicured green or play a game of tennis on any of two courts or swim, sun, or curl up with a good book at the pool.

Cliffs at Princeville #8203 : 4 Bedroom 4 bath ocean front condo w/complimentary wireless access. New furnishings throughout! Two story condo w/access from either the ground level or second floor. Upper level has a full kitchen, washer/dryer, 2 lanais both up and downstairs and a master bedroom w/king bed & private bath. Second bathroom also located in upper level. Blue Pacific ocean views abound from living, dining, kitchen and front lanai. Enjoy evening sunset dinners or morning coffee from your private lanai on your comfy teak furniture. Flat screen TV, DVD & CD player located in upper living area along w/comfy & new living room furniture. Lower level consists of 3 additional bedrooms.
