The Cliffs at Princeville sits on 22 lush acres of ocean-bluff, tropical gardens above the blue Pacific Ocean on Kauai's beautiful North Shore. Ocean views from the living room, dining room, front deck, and kitchen. Full kitchen, TVs, hair dryers and beach towels come with your fully equipped condo. Second bedrooms in 2-bedroom units are loft style bedrooms.
Cliffs at Princeville #7302 has a king bed in primary bedroom suite with a full and queen bed in loft bedroom. Full kitchen, washer/dryer, and complimentary Wi-Fi included. Hardwood floors throughout. Sleeps up to 6.
*$10/day parking fee applies for all reservations beginning 2023 and $15/day + taxes in 2024 (subject to change). This fee is paid directly to the front desk upon arrival.

Head south to the Kilauea Lighthouse or north to "the end of the road" to Ke'e Beach-scene for the famous movie Bali Hai or hike the famous Na Pali Coastline. Princeville Shopping Center minutes away also offer many fine restaurants, a grocery store, a public library, and boutiques if shopping is your passion!
If golf is your passion, Princeville is your paradise. The beautiful 45 Hole Trent Jones Princeville Golf complex is adjacent to the resort. Ranked among the world's most challenging and picturesque championship course, golfing at the Makai Course will be a delight. Practice putting around on our manicured green or play a game of tennis on any of two courts or swim, sun, or curl up with a good book at the pool

I just can’t say enough wonderful things about this place. The pictures represent it perfectly - but yet don’t capture the real beauty. We felt so at home and the amazing ocean breezes sweeping through this space with vaulted ceilings was so relaxing. We were so perfectly comfortable. Don’t think twice, this place is complete perfection. The amenities provided on the property are second to none. Our teenage girls loved watching the birds and walking the property. Mahalo!!!

The property and location was perfect. The grounds and facilities are all very well kept. Our unit had a beautiful view and was as advertised. The only slight complaint was the fridge was very old and had an issue maintaining a cold temp.

The check-in process was easy. The condo was as described and clean. The view from the balcony was our favorite. We made use of the grills at the complex to cook a few dinners for the family. We watched sunsets in the evening from the many Adirondack chairs that line the cliff by the grill.

We just spent a week in this condo for our family vacation, the condo has stunning ocean views! This property is ideal for families, with plenty of space for everyone to relax. The kids loved the swimming pools and played many games of Pickleball. The condo is fully equipped with all the amenities, including a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and a spacious living area. Every morning we had our coffee on the lanai enjoying the amazing ocean views, listening to the birds and watching the whales in the distance. The facility was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Overall, I highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a memorable family vacation.

The condo was wonderful! Very comfortable for the four of us for 10 days. We enjoyed many meals out on the lanai with the beautiful the ocean view. Amenities in the condo and on the grounds were great as well. Very clean, fully stocked kitchen, laundry, lots of BBQs, and we greatly enjoyed the pool and spas. The snorkeling and beach equipment was awesome! The condo had everything we needed and more. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Cliffs but had a couple of complaints. The very good was that the place was spotlessly clean and was even closer to the ocean than the photos showed. Wide angle photos made the ocean seem far away and it was not. We spent 80% of our time on the outside balcony enjoying the sunrises and the fabulous views. The unit was well equiped with beach chairs and towels, boogie boards, fins and snorkels.
Our complaints were with the bathroom exhaust fans that ran 24/7 and were very noisy. We had to close the bathroom doors to minimize the sound but still heard the fan while trying to sleep. We were told by maintenance that the noisy fans have been an issue since the complex was built in 1980. In addition, the unit was not very well stocked for 4 guests spending a week (a single roll of paper towels, 3 oz. of dish soap, two loads of laundry detergent, etc.).
We still enjoyed our stay and would probably stay here again but with lower expectations.

We just had an incredible 2 weeks at this property. Perfect location on the 3rd floor which gives you gorgeous views and a non stop ocean breeze. I was nervous about not having A/C but not an issue at all because of the wonderful breeze and floor fans included. We as a family of 4 had everything we needed....comfortable eating area inside and out and also included plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie board and more. We cannot to stay here again!

Nice little lawn area to walk out on for sunsets and viewing the ocean. Kids loved the pool. Super easy access to the Princeville shops with a Foodland for grocery and dining.

Wonderful. Property is exactly as it is pictured. Communications with the rental agency, Garden Island properties LLC, was easy and straightforward. The only comment that Other guests have commented on was the “fan noise” and it was a bit annoying, but we ran the extra fans (kept in closet) and it drowned the sound out, and shut the bathroom door while we slept. Loved the extra beach equipment kept in the closet - made for really fun, inexpensive beach days!

It's a lovely condo; great views. And we enjoyed using the hot tub and tennis courts. So nice to have all sorts of recreational equipment and beach chairs on hand. The upstairs bedroom gets hot though.

This was my first time staying at a vacation rental property. I was apprehensive at first because of the contract and the Safe Hawaii health policy but let me tell you, it exceeded all expectations. The property was immaculate, the view was spectacular,

The property and condo itself were very clean. The view from the living room lanai and kitchen were fantastic! I enjoyed cooking breakfast every morning. The property was a short drive to Anini and Hanalei beach. My kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. I also liked that they had food trucks on the property occasionally.

Our room was beautiful and we could see and hear the ocean from our balcony. The full kitchen was great to have. The condo was very comfy and well equipped but the best part was the location overlooking the water and the gorgeous sunset every night. There were a couple maintenance problems but the ones that were solvable were taken care of right away. I'd definitely go back. It's a hard location to beat!

Upon arriving, you will see why visitors love the Princeville area. The majesty of the ocean and mountains is breathtaking. Unit #7302 is a beautiful unit with a spectacular view. It’s very hard to leave the lanai for any reason. But once you do, you’ll be glad you did. The grounds are rolling and beautiful. Find a lawn chair overlooking the magnificent Pacific and stay all day. It’s that stunning. If you are in the mood for a little more exercise, you’ll find something for everyone. The pool is large and inviting and there is basketball, shuffleboard, pickle ball, tennis and a lovely walking path. If you’re adventurous, take the hike down to the water for some breathtaking views of the turtles, sea life and waterfall. It’s worth the drive around the island to stay at this beautiful resort and unit.

The unit was beautiful with a breathtaking view. It was well equipped. My favorite places were the lanai and the kitchen with their awesome views. Had problem with dvd and sliding screen. Sue was quick to send help over. Bummer was they didn't fix dvd as it was private unit. Great selection on movies, though. MBR bed too firm for me. Luckily, upstairs mattress was softer, until I was banished by my daughter, who wanted her privacy. Good experience, otherwise.

Everything was great! Suggest a digital lock instead of keys. Also should include pics of all the great beach toys in the balcony closet. Ground crew were great helping us with our bags. Check in a breeze! We loved it there, will return. The grills by the cliffs gazebo not very good, don’t get hot enough, used the other ones. Very comfortable, beautiful view and sunrise.

Ocean Bluff #7302 was an excellent value.
Pros: Views were excellent, condo was clean, all the beach gear you'll need is in the closet on bedroom patio (exceeded expectations) Umbrellas, boogie boards, beach chairs, toys for kids. All much appreciated. Property has a great pool and tennis courts, well maintained. Birds flew right up to table during breakfast on patio, nice touch.
Cons: Kitchen is a little cramped for two people to cook. The fan in the downstairs room didn't get any air moving and was quite noisy.

Nice condo with amazing view from both lanai. We saw whales jumping from the kitchen. Well equiped and very clean. A lot of beach gear in the locker (master’s Bedroom lanai). The tennis court seems brand new and you can borrow rackets at the office. Beds comfortable. A new can opener would be required because it is all rusted. You absolutely need a car to go to beaches, groceries or hicking.

My teenage girls and I absolutely loved this condo! The place itself was supplied with everything we needed, was decorated nicely, and the view/location was perfect for those who are drawn to the north shore. The service was better than we’ve ever experienced while on vacation, from the team who messaged to check in with us routinely, to those on the property.
I ended up forgetting a shopping bag of things I had intended to carry on the plane. When I phoned to see if it had been found, Sarah, with Garden Island Properties, went above and beyond to make sure it was located and provided communication through the following day to make sure everything had been arranged to ship it to me.
The only recommendation I would make is that the loft mattresses are due for replacement. This defiiitely WILL NOT deter me from booking this condo again in the future! I am already planning our next visit and i intend to stay here again.

Great stay in the North Shore. Wide open ocean view and well-located condo.
Because of April 14 rain damage to the road, we were not able to reach the beautiful beach closeby, very unfortunate! We took an helicopter tour from Princeville (a must!) and were able to admire its beauty from above. Kids went horseriding and really enjoyed their ride.

Check in was a breeze. Our 3rd floor apartment was clean and well decorated. Nice kitchen with modern appliances but poorly stocked. (Only one frying pan big enough to cook a single egg) ceiling fan in main bedroom did not work. But they took care of it within 24 hours. Beds were ok but pillows were a bit old. Spectacular view and ocean breezes kept us comfortable in April. Very nice pool area and the scuba intro class taught by Wayne was wonderful. Priscilla, The concierge was very personable and accommodating. She even made arrangements for us to attended a spectacular luau.

Unit 7302 was great! It was clean, large and comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked and included many extras like a small cooler and a few spices. There are large flatscreen TV's in the living room and master bedroom (although I couldn't figure out how the latter one worked), and a small one in the loft area. The noise from the loft area does carry into the living room below--just something to keep in mind. I'm one of those people that is always hot, but having no a/c was never an issue. And the view from the balcony is exactly as pictured; it was a joy to there each evening with my pina colada. (Both the blender and ice maker work really well!) The swimming pool, while small, was well maintained, and the tennis, paddle and basketball courts seem brand. We had no issues borrowing balls and rackets. The folks at concierge and reception were very helpful and couldn't have been nicer. Overall we were very comfortable at The Cliffs and in unit 7302. My kids said it was the "best condo ever!" I would happily rent it again.

Overall was pleased with the apartment that we rented. Beautiful location and the resort staff very friendly and helpful. I think that the few issues we had should have been taken care of before we arrived-screen doors would not slide-one was completely off the track, fridge handle broken, dishware that needed to be replaced.

The Cliffs was an ideal location to stay for our time on Kauai. Situated on the north Shore in close proximity to one of the largest bays on the north shore and the town of Hanalei. Our condo was comfortable, superbly located with a great ocean view and we had no issues during the week we stayed.

Excellent appointed rental on the North Shore, Princeville, great location, close to shopping, beaches. Multi-charger for mobile devices, fantastic kitchen, beach towels, beach chairs, amazing views. I would recommend #7302 as the owners clearly paid attention to the small details, such as replacing the overhead fluorescent light in the kitchen with tasteful fixtures on a dimmer!

One of the best locations in The Cliffs at Princeville. The view is magnificent! Close to pool, tennis courts, and fitness center. Well stocked unit with all kitchen utensils and appliances as well as beach equipment and towels/blankets/linens. WiFi worked great. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent. Very nice view from lanai. The Cliffs pool area and grounds are kept very nice. Condo clean.
Ceiling fan in the master bedroom is noisy at any speed and could not be left on at night so we could sleep. The satisfied with stay is only a 4 Star due to the fan.
Well equipped with beach supplies in closet on lanai off of master bedroom.

Classy ff's Resort is a fabulous resort in Princeville on Kauai. Kauai is the Garden Island. Lush, beautiful and just plain wonderful. Our unit was spectacular with a gorgeous view of the gardens and the ocean. We watched the whales breaching every morning . Very wonderful. The pool area is very lush and relaxing no with a private area for adults only. The unit was well equipped with boogie boards, beach chairs and everything else one would need in the kitchen for cooking. There are numerous gas grills for those who wish to cook. The consierge was happy and accommodating. I highly recommend the 90 minute facial by Gabrielle. It was to die for. Many activities on property are are a highlight. If you stay here the 9,8, and 7 buildings are where you get the ocean views. The other buildings are garden or construction views. This s is our fourth trip here and we highly recommend this unit. This unit is one of the best in the resort. Top floor. Lots of space. Great views, clean, open, airy. Kitchen stocked with what you might need. Resort staff friendly. Can rent bikes for around Princeville. About 1 mile easy walk to Hideaways beach or St. Regis. 10 minute drive to Hanalei. Hesistant at first to stay North, but now will always plan to stay North.

Our daily routine was coffee on the lanai watching the sunrise, pack up for a day of exploring the island, then returning to the property to enjoy a fabulous sunset on the front lawn. Amazing 2 week vacation! Condo is beautiful and well appointed, the kitchen looks out over the ocean -you can see whales !-and is easy to cook in. The bed is a calif king, vey comfortable. Very quiet location makes for wonderful nights sleep. Pool has many different areas to relax and is fairly big. Loved having sunset cocktails in the chairs on the cliff. Location is excellent to explore North Kauai and only an hour drive to southern sites. We will be back sot 7302!

Loved the location...cool in the afternoon because sun side is shaded;nice renovation. We rented for 4 weeks...living room furniture not comfortable; bed in master bedroom was very comfortable; VERY limited drawer space for clothes; owner doesn't allow guests to use safe for valuables; bugs found in kitchen drawer; had issues with squeaky fan and smoke alarm,but repairs made; old/dirty hand held can opener; need hard cooler to take to beach--just some inadequacies that could easily be addressed and would make stay less frustrating and much more comfortable. Would recommend if attention is given to concerns. Still love the CLIFFS!
Highly recommend would stay there again and again and again
