Kapaa Shore Resort A101, Oceanfront, End Unit!

We loved our stay in Kappa Shore Resort. I was very impressed with the location and view of the ocean was perfect. The rental had everything we needed and was comfortable. Our bedroom was comfortable and had AC the rest of the unit was not airconditioned, but the breeze off the ocean made it nice. I would love to stay in this unit again.

We loved staying at this condo. It provided everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Great location being on the ground floor, next to the 8 mile multi-use path and right in front of a pretty cool area to wade pool during low tide. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Location was great. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to be able to go to anywhere on the island in no more than an hour. Kapaʻa is a great town with a lot of restaurant options. Definitely would recommend for anyone looking to explore the island and stay away from the crowds of the resort areas.

This Condo is located oceanfront in anfirst floor unit with easy access to the spacious grounds.
Really enjoyed waking up to beautiful sunrises every day, and the sound of the Waves breaking was relaxing.
Amenities were right on par.

Our unit was as described and as pictured when I booked. Absolutely no complaints. The unit was clean, bed was comfortable, water pressuyfor showers was great. Extra that I did know of was a nice sized cooler and a couple of sets of beach chairs to use for outings.

A great place to stay with a view of the ocean in our back yard! Everything was great for our vacation in Kaapa. We loved the air conditioning in the bedroom and it was great to have beach chairs and a cooler for the beach. There is a Safeway and many excellent restaurants close by.

We spent time in the North Shore a few days and in the South Shore a few days. Kapaa Shores Resort gave us a great starting and ending point each day. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our own meals when we wanted, the view from the living room, lanai, and back yard are unmatched. Sunrises were straight out from us (condo faces due east).

We loved being on the ground unit so we had easy access to the patio, grass area, pool, ocean, etc. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend staying in this untit to anyone that is considering.

This unit is exactly as described, perhaps even better. The ground floor location makes the lawn space between the unit and the ocean seem like part of the living space. Because the unit is far from the common areas of the complex (pool, etc) it is quiet and seems quite private. Groceries, restaurants, etc., are close by. Communications with the property manager was clear and timely, and the arrival was a breeze. Would recommend this unit for a couple seeking a relaxed ocean front stay in Kauai.

The condo was cute and Aloha. Walk out on this ground unit to tide pools, and property amenities were good, property grounds were pretty. Ocean views all day all night, perfect breeze. Location in Kapaa is perfect for reaching most of the islands best places. Airport is 30 mins, Waimea canyon 45 mins, Nepali reserve 1 hour, north shore 45 minutes. Poipu beach snorkeling 40 minutes, Lydgate state park 10 mins. Condo is small, but has what a small family needs, and is nice. If you are spending your time in the condo instead of being outside, you are missing the action anyways. Mahalo!

We had an amazing stay at Kapaa Shores resort. The unit was clean and equipped with everything we needed. The extra touch of beach chairs, cooler and beach umbrella was so helpful for beach exploring days. We were lucky enough to see a monk sea sunning on the beach a few steps away from our resort. Beautiful and perfect location as it was central for sightseeing the north and south shores. Major grocery store across the street and several restaurants within walking distance. Will definitely be back. Garden Island Properties were very responsive with any needs we had and very helpful in booking excursions.

It was our first time on Kauai and didn’t know where to stay. It turns out we choose a really great condo in a nice central location to easily see the whole island. The listing warned us about a roof replacement project, and I think the rates were discounted because of this, but it really wasn’t an inconvenience at all. Would definitely recommend this place….. :)

Kanani was a wonderful host and the apartment was as described and portrayed in the photos. Staff onsite were friendly and helpful. The kitchen was well stocked and the place was throughly cleaned. We really enjoyed the apartment and hope we can return to Kauai one day. Thanks again for the great stay.

This property is exactly as described. It's the closest condo to the water. Absolutely beautiful waking up to such a beautiful sunrise. The code on the door was convenient. It was clean and has a well stocked kitchen. There was a cooler and beach chairs if we required. We spent 5 nights and it was so comfortable. Would love to come back someday. Check in and check out was super easy, the code was emailed to us.

The facility was very nice. It was well stocked with thingw a person needs to live and recreate, such as cooking gear, beach chairs, etc. The location was very nice. We particularly enjoyed our ground floor room.

Upon arrival we were greeted with a clean suite with a spectacular view of the ocean. The pool and hot tub were cleaned daily. The grounds were well cared for.
Although it was early we did manage to spot a whale breach. Not really a beach here but plenty within walking distance. If you like to hike the site is connected to a cycle and hiking trail that goes for miles to the North and at least to the coconut mall to the south.
Plenty of stores and restaurants nearby as well.
Well worth the price. Would stay here again just for the view.

basic unit is fine-location good. Unit is simply very plain and minimally furnished compared to other units in this complex. Kitchen very minimally furnished. No color in unit--mirrors need replacement. tub stained.

This condo was a great place to stay. It had a great view. It was well appointed (everything you needed). It was centrally located on the island. It was close to the grocery store. It has a coin operated laundry on site. Plus, the pool and spa were great. The property management company was great at communicating with me prior to, during and after my visit.

Great condo with everything you need. Note! There is no A/C but plenty of island breeze and fans. Note! It’s in front of the smoking area so for smokers? Best location, for others, not so much. Note! It’s a longer walk to the condo. But again, so with it! Our fan wasn’t working when we arrived and it was promptly replaced. The pool and hot tub were awesome! Highly recommend!
