This property was beautiful and clean and extremely comfortable and we enjoyed staying here and would come back again…Pleasant and relaxing close to everything, private free parking…. all the amenities and clean.

We had a great time. The condo is clean and nicely furnished. It truly was our ho.e away from home. It is centrally located to all parts of the island. There is shopping in walking distance. Overall we had a great stay.

The condo is in very convenient and safe location, we had everything that we needed. The property was very clean and well maintained .

I am very please with VBRO and especially with garden island property manager, they went above and beyond customer service.
I would recommend this property to anyone want to go to KAUI.
Definitely I will rent this condo when I come back to KAUI.

We spent 6 days in the condo while staying on Kauai. We were 3 adults. The two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were perfect for us. The condo was clean and modern. The kitchen was stocked with every utensils you could think of. We didn't miss anything. We would definitely recommend it
to friends and family.

The condo was terrific. the living room ceiling fan had no switch to turn it on or off otherwise everything else worked as it should. very clean and neat even extras provided for the beach. would go there again.

The condo was nicely situated to walking everywhere. The walking path along the beach is fantastic and so fun if you rent bikes. Any issues we had were resolved quickly and everyone was so nice to deal with. We would come back here!

Our condo was perfect for four guests. We could walk to restaurants and the grocery store. Plenty of amenities that were helpful for a day at the beach or sightseeing: beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, etc. It was quiet and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall, a very good experience. The unit was very well equipped - pretty much anything we would need (following an experience where we were missing very much in another rental). The AC was a bit weak & not quite as comfortable as we would have liked, but not too bad.

Amazing place, very clean, crazy beautiful views. The whole process with the management follow up emails to help you through the check in and check out process was outstanding. If you are looking for a wonderful convenient location for beautiful hikes/waterfalls and all the modern day amenities located near by, this is the place for you! All the beach toys were awesome and allowed us to enjoy the beach in comfort. The two AC units kept the condo cool and comfortable for my family. Very safe location, excellent parking and an elevator right to the front door of the condo. The washer/dryer was great to bring back clean clothes so we didn’t have a ton of laundry when we got home. I want to thank the owners for allowing us to use their condo. You have a slice of heaven! Mahalo!!!!

We had a great time on our trip, the extra half bath in this unit was a life saver for our family. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Beds are comfortable, AC worked great, beautiful balcony view! We never want to leave!

This feels like our own vacation home, that only costs us small amount per year. We have no desire to stay anywhere else in Kauai. And Kauai is our favorite island. Excellent location. The property was in general fine, although there was quite a bit of sand in the apartment the day I arrived. Otherwise, the kitchen was nicely appointed and the unit was overall comfortable. I was surprised that I wasn't advised about the amount of road construction taking place before my arrival. I spent an hour or more in traffic each day in order to get to a beach where we could swim. Considering how many emails I received from the property management about all the rules associated with the property, a little information about the traffic situation would have been helpful.

The location was great with restaurants and grocery store nearby. Traffic was at times a headache but that's just island life. My only 2 negatives was the shower and the A/C. The bathroom with the shower had no fan but the half bathroom did which was weird and needs to be fixed. The A/C was great in the larger room but not sure what was up with the smaller bedroom. We turned it off and at night it still was like 64 degrees! Other than those 2 issues I would definitely stay here again. Place was very clean. We had to search around for the beach chairs (they are in a closet on the balcony). It had everything you would need in the kitchen.

This place was exactly what we needed. The location was in the middle of all our activities. Great access to the beach. It's basically right across the street from Safeway and ABC store. They even had beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels for the beach days. I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful condo that was perfect for our needs. Well appointed and nicely decorated. Very clean and had all the beach gear. Reserved parking was nice feature. Management was responsive in checking in and out. As there were no issues there was no need to contact them otherwise. Highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed in this condo for 8 nights. It met ALL of our needs and more…. King bed, air conditioning, washer/dryer, full kitchen, 1+ bathrooms, a lanai, elevator, pool and great ocean front view. It also was across the street from a Safeway grocery store, a Starbucks and more. It also included a reserved parking place.

We had an amazing time at this spot! The lanai had a beautiful view of the ocean, so we ate most of our meals outside. The unit had a very comfortable bed, two bathrooms, a great and well stocked kitchen, a sitting/office room with a convertible couch and the living room. The AC was a life saver. I appreciated the elevator because three flights and luggage is rough, haha. The spot is right in downtown Kapaa so it was super fast and central to drive everywhere. We had an assigned parking spot and felt SUPER safe. The grounds were well maintained, the pool is small but lots of families enjoyed it. We also heard people BBQing and playing ping pong on the bottom floor. The management company was super responsive. We’ll stay here every time we’re in town; it felt like resort life without the crazy prices! 10/10, 5 stars, highly recommend!

Our stay was one of the top vacation experience of our lives. And we vacation a lot! The view was amazing! The decor and amenities were spot on. Once of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on. Not often you have a cooler/heating system in the master bedroom. Everything was perfect! We will definitely be booking again, and not with a third party. This company deserves all the credit they very well earn!

This place is amazing! It is beautifully decorated with an awesome top floor view of swaying palm trees and the beautiful Pacific Ocean from the outdoor lanai. Full kitchen and in-unit laundry is very convenient. This condo has everything you need. The AC works great and you get a reserved parking space. An elevator is there to take you to the top on the 3rd floor so no stair climbing required and the condo is right there as you exit . The pool is surrounded by lush greenery and chaise lounge chairs are provided. Within walking distance across the street is a Safeway, Starbucks, and many local eateries. Why would you pay so much more at a crowded hotel in Lihue when you can stay at this little slice of heaven? We LOVED it and I'm sure you will too. Aloha!

The only issue we ran into was the second “bedroom” that we used for our 20 month old to sleep in prevented us from doing anything during nap time. We stuck in the master bedroom during this time because any light or noise would disturb her. The “bedroom” was just a slider which I was aware of but it was completely open at the top which is what caused the issue.

This two bedroom rental condo was great for the three of us. It was kept up nice and the grounds and view were beautiful. It has all the amenities that you would need. The second bedroom wall does not have a full wall and so sound privacy is limited. It is centrally located on the island and all the stores you need are within walking distance. I left my phone on the table near pool and staff secured it and brought it to lost and found office. The location is next door to Oasis Lounge with a nice happy hour. Short trip to both the south and north sides of the island.

Unfortunately the AC was not working. We needed to let the windows opened and use all the fans. The 2 rooms were too small and the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. However, the house was very clean and well equiped. The maintenance people were very nice.

The accommodations were outstanding. The consistent easterly breezes meant that we never used the AC. Easy in and easy out. Washer/dryer meant we didnt need to overpack. Bed was roomy and comfy and the condo was clean, neat and efficient. We had a great time and will go back again.

We enjoyed our stay in this unit at Kauai Kailani. It was nicely furnished, recently remodeled, and was extremely well equipped with everything you would need in the kitchen and for the beach. We enjoyed a light dinner at the Oasis on the beach right next door. Great location for biking, walking, and centrally located making it easy to travel all around the island.

We enjoyed our stay in the condo. It is nicely decorated and very well equipped. The appliances and the utilities in the kitchen are much higher quality than what is normally found in condos. It looks like the owners spend a lot of time there themselves. The ocean view is great and we enjoyed dinner on our balcony. It's also a great place to watch the sun rise. Since it has full sun in the morning, it was a bit too hot for breakfast when the sun was out.

Contrary to what's shown in the picture, the pool area had also some tables and umbrellas for shade. The loungers outside the pool area however were very hard and uncomfortable.

The condo also comes with a reserved parking spot.

The property was clean and quiet. Property management was very responsive. They kept us very well informed regarding arrival/departure instructions. They also provided a phone app which had all the relevant information in one place.

The location is convenient: There are two grocery stores and several restaurants in walking distance. The Wapouli Beach Resort next door has a beachfront bar/restaurant. It's about a 5 min walk to the Kapaa hike/bike path along the ocean.
We found the location also very convenient for trips to the south, west and north sides of the island.

The only problem with the location was the traffic in this area: A lot of times during the day, traffic between Wailua and Kealia was stop and go, even on the weekends and outside rush hour.

We loved the condo, perfect for 4 people. The a/c was great since a few days the trade winds were non-existent. The view from this condo was probably the best of the entire complex, we even saw whales from our balcony. We spent a lot of time on the balcony just watching the ocean. Would stay here again!
