Lae Nani #312, Oceanfront, Ground Floor

This condo was perfect for we two senior citizens. We were in the first floor, just steps away from the pool and beach. There was a lawn in front of us which was great for our grandchildren who were in another condo on the property. Our condo was fully furnished. The staff were very helpful in answering any questions. A big yes for this property.

One of the best stays we’ve had in Hawaii. The beach was literally steps away from the lanai. A view that would rival the best 5-star resort. Well kept, cozy, thoughtful amenities, clean - it felt like home the moment we opened the door. The condo complex was perfectly located, convenient access to shopping and dining. The complex had well kept and expansive lawn, lush vegetation, and a pool. All requests were answered promptly, the staff were very supportive and friendly.
We spent almost every morning having breakfast in the patio, followed by time on the grass or beach.

Interesting (scary) and unexpected occurrence with a faulty oven/range. Property manager was remarkably quick to respond, sending an electrician to make safe, then had it replaced and installed within 24 hours with a new unit (one of four on the island I am told). She even supplied a two-burner hotplate "just in case". Screen door was repaired on the same day when we called to report it was difficult to open/close. The mattress and pillows are ready to be replaced. The master shower mixing valve needs a plumber's attention soon. The floor under the glass table is scratched up from the chair legs. An awesome pool and very well- kept grounds. A wonderful coral sand beach.

We stayed for a week, great location close to everything you need on the island. This is a central location to most of Kauai so it’s about an hour drive each way to the end of the roads. We enjoyed the view off the ground floor patio, of the waves crashing into the beach. Short walk to coconut marketplace with food, groceries, shave ice and shopping. Highly recommend this condo.

The property management and seemless rental process was the best! Havng read reviews from past guests in 2023, the comments say it all. Impressed with the cleanliness, location of this particular unit, and ammenities. This was our third stay at Lae Nani, and my favorite condo. Definitely plan on returning in 2024.

This home was better than I expected. Very clean and well stocked. We stayed 5 days and ate all but two meals at the house...We could not find a better view than the table on our patio! The view and beach access were the best! The property was well maintained and sparkly clean. It is perfect for a party of two.

We have stayed in this condo several times because it is simply the best for 2 people who want to really relax. The location is excellent and the view from the terrace over the meadow to the sea is fantastic. The furnishings are perfect and the air conditioning works well and quietly. But we didn't need them at all because the fans in the rooms were completely sufficient to provide fresh air with the windows open. Everything was super clean and there were enough towels, hygiene products and kitchen accessories. The two showers and the washing machine including dryer are particularly advantageous. This makes the condo also suitable for a longer holiday stay. In the cupboard next to the terrace was all the equipment you would need to visit the other beaches on the island.
The proximity to shops and restaurants is very advantageous. We particularly enjoyed dining at Hukilau Lanai and at Jo2. Bobby V's pizza was also very tasty and the fajitas at Monico ́s delicious.

The unit was super clean and spacious! The bed was comfy and the 2 bathrooms was a plus. Plenty of towels and toiletries provided. The view is gorgeous, and the beach there is so pretty. The pool was really nice, but there is no hot tub. We loved this place and would highly recommend!

Condo was very clean and well decorated. view out to ocean across the beautifully landscaped grounds was priceless. Air conditioning was a nice luxury. very handy to have beach chairs, umbrella, yoga mats, and ice chest to use. Kitchen very well stocked. pool area was beautiful!! Enjoyed sitting on beach watching the waves. Easy walk to restaurant/bar next door (Lava Lava Beach Club). Would definitely return to this little secluded paradise again!

We went here for a mini honeymoon and the location was perfect! It was a clean safe property with everything within walking distance. We also felt staying in Kapaa was ideal bc it was central to everything north and south. The place was very clean and had everything we needed to relax and stay in if we wanted. This was our second time renting 312 in Lae Nani. The condo was clean and nicely decorated, AC was a nice upgrade! The grounds here are absolutely stunning! We were steps away from the pool, a beautiful beach, 2 minutes from Lava Lava Restaurant were we ate regularly and listened to live music nightly. This location is great, 15 minutes from the airport and halfway between both Poipu and Princeville. If you are looking for a crowed resort hotel this is not the place for you. Instead Lae Nani offers a quiet slice of tropical paradise right outside your door.

I was worried about staying in the "middle" when I booked, but am so glad I did. We had an easy drive to the north shore, the Wimea Canyon, and South Shore from our location. If we had stayed to the north or south the drives would have been longer and our days would have been spent traveling instead of enjoying the island. It would be nice if the description included that there are beach chairs, cooler, boogie board, umbrella, laundry detergent, etc (not having to pack the small stuff) makes life less stressful. It was nice also have coffee available for our first morning since we got in late on our arrival to the condo. When we return to Kauai we definitely will be staying in this complex again. We may need a bigger one or 2 since we will be bringing the whole family.

Loved Loved Lae Nani property, cleanliness and very happy with the location and high marks for everything in our unit. Excellent quality throughout... EXCEPT the bed was SO SOFT!! that we couldn’t get a good nights rest. We shared sleeping on the couch, as it was a much firmer surface and the soft bed killed our backs!

This place was perfect for us. It was very clean and comfortable. We appreciated being able to walk places to shop, get groceries and eat out. The beach was very close. The outdoors was well maintained and very pretty.

This is a great place to stay. We love the location. The ground floor condo is perfect for stepping out on the beach at any time. We stayed for 3 weeks, so the washer/dryer and air conditioning were nice to have in the condo. We look forward to our return trip.

We had a wonderful stay here. The unit is recently remodeled and everything is up to date. We were pleased to find beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler for beach excursions. The grounds are well kept and the area is quiet and peaceful. The patio was a delight and the ocean and small beach front were just steps away. Walkable distance to the Coconut Market for dining and shopping options. Highly recommend.

I stayed here with my 2 sons (9 years old and 22 years old) for my daughter's wedding. The property was amazing. Great location, great pool, beautiful view, quiet and peaceful. We were here for 10 days, including on Christmas morning, and it was never touristy or crowded. I was surprised that the images were accurate and not stretched with a wide angle lens. We woke up to watch the sunrise every day from the sacred grounds - incredible. The public beach next door had Hawaiian Monk Seals napping several days. Lae Nani is walking distance to a great plaza with nice shops and restaurants. It is centrally located, which means you can visit North and South easily. The only issue we had was that the pullout bed was a bit uncomfortable, but they usually are, so not a big deal. Out of all the locations rented by our family, Lae Nani offered the most.

We have stayed in this condo several times and have always been very satisfied. Everything was very clean and well maintained and the information from management was excellent. This time we were particularly surprised that there was a new washing machine with a dryer and that there was a new comfortable air conditioning system. We never used them because you could always make a draft between the terrace and the bedroom. The WLAN has become faster with a new router and also worked on the lawn. It's a shame that the pool could only be used half the time because new tiles were being laid.

The view from the patio across the lawn to the sea is beautiful and we enjoyed it every day for breakfast and happy hour. It's a little paradise.
We were sad that many shops were closed and the Foodland supermarket was gone.

The condo was clean and was a great home-base for our adventures in Kaua’i. The view from the lanai and being steps away from the ocean, pool, BBQs, parking, and restaurant next door, made this one of the most enjoyable and convenient places we’ve stayed. The kitchen was well-stocked with high quality cookware, etc.; the condo felt like a home, not just a place someone had cheaply set up for a rental. Laundry in the unit was helpful, especially when you’ve just packed carry-ons. The bed was comfortable. Dealing with the rental company was also a positive experience. We would stay here again!

If you want to be oceanfront, within walking distance to fun shopping and dining, and sleep in a comfortable bed then this is your place. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked, we had extra towels, beach supplies, and a washer and dryer. Families were enjoying the pool, shallow area of beach, small wave area, sandy beach, green grass for games, bbq area, and our lanais. I would love to return

Great location with shopping and food within walking distance. Property has a private beach with an even larger public beach just steps away. I know that mattresses are a personal choice, but just to let everyone know that the mattress in this unit is extremely soft.

The unit was perfectly clean when we arrived. The kitchen had great appliances. As well we had a great shower, bedroom a/c, and even laundry machines which gave us all the comfort we wanted after our Kauai outdoor adventures. The pool and gardens were spotless and coiffed. This unit was just as described. Very comfortable, and the proximity to the beach is excellent, never mind the grounds out the patio door. Note that the a/c is only in the bedroom, and does not really affect the rest of the condo. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. Never met them, but very responsive to text. Would definitely stay here again. Very close to good dining options and more.

Had a wonderful stay at Lae Nani 312... even before we got there, communication was extremely clear/prompt from property management. When we arrived, the unit was exactly as pictured (maybe even a little bigger than the photos). It was the perfect set up for travel with baby. The ground floor unit allowed us to put baby down for naps, but still enjoy the beautiful lanai/view. Was steps from the beach and pool... and the grounds were meticulously maintained with the beautiful tropical foliage. Would love to return again!

This rental met and exceeded our expectations! The view is exactly as pictured and absolutely stunning! The condo was clean, quiet, and so comfortable. The bed was very comfortable with an air conditioning unit to keep us cool at night!
The windows in the condo open making a nice breeze through the condo. We enjoyed cooking meals in the well appointed kitchen with all necessary supplies available.
We did have to contact the rental company for minor questions/needs and they were immediately responsive and so helpful!
The best part? This condo is in the middle of the island making access and travel to either side of the island so easy!
