This house is in a nice quiet neighborhood, lots of room for family and friends, nice pool, gorgeous view, and close proximity to beaches, restaurants, and shopping. Great kitchen for eating in too. We absolutely loved our stay and didn’t want to leave!

Great location in Poipu! There were a few issues at the house from the start of our stay but they were addressed quickly. Shout out to Claire for helping us out! We had a group staying here and wished there were TVs in the bedrooms or other areas of the house. This was our little mishap for not catching the parking space limit for this house but nevertheless a huge nuisance only being able to park 2 vehicles and the inflexibility of being able to park on the street due to HOA guidelines. And no, the garage was not available for use. Finding another parking space anywhere else gets frowned upon by the neighborhood. If you'll have more than 2 vehicles, I'd look for a different stay- it's not worth the hassle, and stress, trust us on that one. Otherwise, beautiful view and pool. An older house with newer furniture. Comfortable beds. Expected more for the price though.

As two families of 4 this property was exactly what we needed. It was spacious, fully equipped for cooking, bathing, swimming, plenty of linens, everything we needed. Our only “complaint” which isn’t really a complaint, was that the air upstairs wasn’t really sufficient to keep it cool enough. It wasn’t hot, but the temperature difference from the downstairs to the upstairs was pretty substantial. This would not deter us from renting this space again by any means. It was perfect for what we needed. Definitely recommend, especially for larger parties.

Beautiful home in a great location. The property description is accurate. Upstairs was musty smelling, probably due to the humidity, etc. The pools are a wonderful feature and greatly appreciated. The house is in a HOA with lots of rules. Driveway is small and can only accommodate 2 cars, offsite parking is not safe or secure. Property manager was very responsive.

A great home, with a great location. Property Owners have thought of ALMOST everything.
PROS: The home was clean, the pool was refreshing, and the proximity to Kauai's attractions was convenient.
CONS: The owners could have provided beach equipment (chairs/umbrella/sand toys) to take to nearby Poipu beach, as well as extra sheets and pillows.
OVERALL: 4.5 out of 5 stars. I would recommend this property, but be prepared to rent beach equipment/gear if you plan to spend time there.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was just like the photo, probably better! We had plenty of room for 8 people. The pools were wonderful! Great location near beaches, hiking trails, restaurants, also central to Waimea Canyon and Hanalei Bay! The home was very clean and good communication with Garden Island Properties. Overall great house and pool. Lots of room. Enjoyed the pools - heated would have been better but. The only problem, and it was major, was a very poor mattress in the master suite on the main floor. Extremely uncomfortable- springs noisy when turning in bed sore backs and poor sleeps.

This house was exceptional. Incredible sunset views, the pools were awesome (especially for our young kids). Garden Island Properties was really great to work with on everything. They were very responsive and checked in via email a couple times during our trip to ensure everything was going well. The bedrooms were great. The downstairs ones are connected through each other, so they're ideal for a family. The upstairs ones are separate and very large. The office nook is at the top of the stairs so it doesn't have a door to close it off. We had three kids ages 1 to 3, so the numerous stairs and hard tile everywhere was not ideal for us, but we still loved the place. If you had older kids here, it would be an excellent home. The pool/beach stuff was great, too. We wish they had a photo of what was there, because we ended up bringing several duplicate things. But they had plenty of toys, small life jacket/water-wings, two umbrellas, four chairs, etc. The location was also great, very close to Poipu and Koloa, but the neighborhood and area are so peaceful and quiet. We loved walking through the neighborhood each morning. We will definitely rent from Garden Island Properties again and would happily revisit this house once our kids are older.

We had three generations of family members for this holiday and this house was perfect for it. Large bedrooms and multiple lounge areas. Large pool and lanai area. Several beach chairs and floats. Would have been great to have better beach umbrellas and a few snorkel sets to use. Other than that, absolute perfection. We would definitely stay here again. Mahalo!!!!

This home was the perfect location to spend with family for a long vacation. There was more than enough space for everyone to be comfortable. The house was spotless when we showed up and everything was there to relax by the pool or take to the beach. The location is ideal. It is just a few minutes drive to several beaches and restaurants. We loved our time at this home. The layout is great for multiple families. Plenty of room to spread out or come together and hangout. The outdoor pool area was spacious and the kids loved the double pools. Hours of fun. Beautiful golf course view, quiet neighborhood but close to everything.

The house was very spacious and accommodated our family of 6 adults beautifully! We especially enjoyed the lovely pool area. It was a bit brisk, as it was not heated, but we still thoroughly enjoyed it. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone who wants to have a quiet stay just a short drive from great restaurants and beautiful Poipu Beach. It’s a quiet house away from the ‘hustle and bustle’.

The house is beautiful and well kept. We were six adults who all enjoy each other but also like a quiet space from time to time. This house has several sitting areas, so we could be together or alone to read or just enjoy the scenery. It is close to several resorts and good restaurants. Shopping for food, if you want to cook in the fully stocked kitchen, is more difficult. A good idea to stop at the Safeway between the airport and the house to stock up for your visit.

The house is on a golf course, very nice area. The house itself is beautiful. We are a family of six adults. There was plenty of room for all, and spaces to be quiet to read or relax, but also areas to be together. Lovely pool area, perfect for everyone.

House was perfect for 3 couples. All bedrooms were spacious and have dedicated bathrooms. Three separate living spaces meant we could spread out when we wanted privacy. Outdoor spaces were similar - several different sections of the patio for reading, sunbathing, and dining. Outdoor space was kept clean and maintained while we were there - the friendly pool guy came by 3 times and gave us a good beach recommendation. The house is in a very nice, clean, classic Hawaiian golf course community. Location is excellent. We actually walked to local restaurants and down to the beach many times. It's a long walk to the beach (wouldn't do it we had a bunch of gear) but great if you want to get some exercise. Easy, super quick drive to many restaurants, shops, & beaches. Overall a great stay!

This vacation home was exactly as described and what we envisioned for our family getaway. The bedrooms were spacious and well-appointed. We enjoyed using the gourmet kitchen and outdoor barbecue to cook home meals, but we also took advantage of the short driving distance to many excellent Poipu restaurants. We enjoyed the private pool and loved the mountain views over the golf course. Highly recommend this property!

We enjoyed staying here. Immaculate property. Pool was great, plenty of places to sit inside and outside. Our party of 8 had plenty of space to be together or by ourselves. Kitchen was so big and had everything you needed to make meals. Property management was friendly and available when needed. We were about 5-10 minutes from beaches. Favorite shaved ice was Uncles. We had a great time at the Palms at Kiahuna Golf Course Home. The house had a green set up for our family and we enjoyed the private pool. A great location to different activities and so close to a few beaches. I highly recommend to stay here if you get the chance!

Honestly the property is one of the most amazing places I have ever stayed in. It has this “at home” feeling but with a very serene vacation sense as well. It’s 5-10 minutes from the beach or different island activities. The homes itself feels so modern but yet so warm and has gorgeous views! I will definitely be staying here again!

Stayed here with my boyfriend and his friends and the place was to die for! It’s located on a golf course and is minutes away from everything so it was perfect for our stay. It was really spacious so we never felt divided from anyone whether we were in the kitchen, outside, or in the dining room. We had great time and really, really enjoyed our stay here. The house and property were well cared for and the property management company checked in with us several times to make sure our stay was going well. Thanks Sue! :) The patio and pool area was very relaxing and we spent a lot of time in the pools and hanging on the patio. We have a couple of little guys in our family who are 3 and 5 years old, and the shallow kids pool was perfect for them. There were 6 adults and 2 kids in our group, and the interior of the house was nicely laid to provide a lot of space for everyone to either spread out or hangout together. The master bedroom was huge and rest of the bedrooms were very spacious. There was large and well stocked kitchen and a large BBQ on the patio. You can easily ucook/prepare most or all of your meals at the house if you wanted to. We used the kitchen and BBQ quite a bit during our stay (although it is hard to pass up all the tasty places to eat nearby). The house is located in a quiet neighborhood backed up to a golf course. It is only a very short drive from the house to Poipu Beach, and the house is in a great location for anywhere that you would want to go in the Poipu/Koloa area. I have been to this area a few times before, so I knew this ahead of time, but you are probably going to need a car if you stay here. Everyone young and old in our family had a fantastic time here, and we would definitely want to come back again the next time we visit Kauai.
