Everything my family of 3 could need- from beach gear to washer/dryer to everything in the kitchen needed for my kiddos to make me breakfast in bed! Resort was awesome too- with pool and hot tub. Convenient parking. Location was great for restaurants, grocery, and for being right in the middle for driving between North shore and South shore beach locations. Thank you for an incredible stay!

The location cannot be beat. It is conveniently located mid-island easy drives to the north and south shores. The pool was great for afternoon and early evening dips and hot tubbing. As we were on island late summer, it wasn't super crowded and easy to get chairs and tables poolside. The unit came equipted with everything we needed for our stay. We will be back.

The condo was clean and well maintained. The unit was convenient to the pool, the beach and gym which my grandsons enjoyed. The dresser in the bedroom really needs to be updated, but other than that it was a winner!

We had the most perfect family vacation staying in this condo! First, the rental company was very friendly and responsive. They let us know ahead of our stay that the dishwasher was out of order-we appreciated that. Everything was clean,there was plenty of space for us and the location was everything. It took us 30 seconds to walk around the beautiful planters to the pool. The pool staff was always friendly and the water slides kept my 5 & 7 year olds busy for hours. Step right outside of the sliding door, look to your right and the beach is another 30 second walk! We loved the central location. It was so helpful to have a washer and dryer, sand toys for the kids, beach chairs, an ice chest, and fresh Tupperware for packing lunch for the day. The fitness center was perfect for my husband and I to take turns using. We also enjoyed having the large lounge chairs out on the beach. We would 100% book this exact condo again. Thank you for an awesome experience!

This was the perfect location to access the entire island. The condo was pristine and well equipped. The pool on the property was stellar, and breathtaking views of the Pacific were always just steps away. We could not have been more pleased!

The condo complex location is absolutely perfect. The unit itself is large and comfortable. the bathrooms are modern and spacious. The bed is comfortable and plenty of towels were provided. The only downside is that the bedroom shares a wall with the complex utility closet where some sort of pump operates sporadically during the night. Also, the unit faces a walking path that leads to the pool; and guests can be heard walking to and from the pool area.

This was our third visit to Wampouli Beach Resort and our family had another wonderful stay.

The resort is in a great location on the Island with a Safeway for groceries and wine across the street, the city of Kapaa a short and pleasant walk in one direction and the Coconut market a short walk in the other direction; all of which have shopping and restaurants to enjoy. It is also central to many of the Islands favourite destinations, such as Poipui Beach, Lydgate Park, various waterfalls, spouting horn, historic Koloa town, airport, etc.

In addition, the pool is beautiful and perfect for families with its waterslides, sandy areas, hot tubs, waterfalls and tropical gardens. The adjacent beach is sandy with ample lounge chairs for all to enjoy morning sun rises, walks on the beach and play time in the sand.

We stayed in G107, which was a lovely unit that had a fully equipped kitchen and additional items to use, such as beach chairs and a pack and play. The main patio door needs some work, which I am sure the owner will take care of soon (it takes a lot of effort to get it to close and lock).

I would certainly recommend this resort and this unit to family and friends.

Our family enjoyed our time in this condo. It was spacious, clean, and the kitchen appliances were amazing! So nice to be steps to the beach and pool. The staff was so responsive and helpful.

This was our second stay in this unit, the first time was during the pandemic. We wanted to return because it is very well maintained and has an easy walk to a very nice and quiet beach. Close to many great places to eat and easy drive to all that Kauai has to offer.

Everything was above and beyond our expectations. This is the best spot we've stayed at in Kauai. Great location, beach close by. Fantastic pool and an amazing room. Top-notch all around. We will stay here again and we've recommended it to our families as well.

The property was in a great location in the middle of the island making everything accessable and convenient shopping. Pool area was excellent. The bed, pillows and furnishings were bad. Bed was uncomfortable and pillows lumpy. It needs replacing after years of use by other visitors. We are healthy people in our 30s and woke up with sore backs. The padding in the sofa and bar chars was all used up - again it's wear and tear from constant use. It was great to have a home base to come back to after our hikes and dives but not great for sleep.

Our condo was great for two adults! We were literally seconds from the beach and had a rather private patio outside the bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped and the place was very clean.

This condo is such a gem. The property management does a great job with communicating everything prior to arrival, including gate codes, parking & directions. The condo was well appointed and clean. The AC worked really well and my kiddo loved the large soaking tub. All of the appliances worked well during our stay and we loved the dual water slide pool and breach front location. Will definitely be back!

We had no idea exactly where we wanted to stay in Kauai, we definitely wanted a condo. This was the perfect location, you are about 30 minutes from anywhere on the island, shopping right across the street, 20 minutes from the airport. The room was very spacious, having a washer and dryer was a big plus. We didn’t encounter any issues during our stay, however the room does need a few minor repairs. ( maybe the owner will contact me, I made a list) Parking is very convenient, about 100 steps to the front door.
The pool area is very nice, well kept. The security code for the pool gates didn’t always work, but there are several entrances. ( this is a resort issue, not a responsibility of the condo owner. The room itself is very well equipped, everything from cookware and utensils, to everything you need for a day at the beach ( beach chairs, umbrellas, ice chests, bogey boards..etc) just make sure and return them how you found them.
There was virtually no check in, you are emailed a code for the front door and pool areas, it only works for the time you are there, you go straight to your room.
The only drawback was the lack of ocean view from the room.
Overall this was just what we were looking for, and it was half the price of a hotel. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful time at this property. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Wailua, and the property was magical. With lots of things to do for the kiddos, we had such a fun time and will be planning to stay in the future!

This was our second time staying at the Waipouli Resort and again in a privately owned condo and it was just as perfect as our first stay. We love this resort's layout of pools, beach access, and condos. Also, this is a great side of the island to stay on as it's easily accessible to everywhere. The condo had great amenities and was very clean and updated. Perfect for dining in every night or just needing a kitchen here and there. The location of the condo was great as we could easily access the pool, beach or our car for leaving for the day. The resort has a great workout area and lovely well maintained grounds. This trip it was just my husband and myself, but we could have brought our two kiddos and it would have been plenty comfortable and spacious. This place is a must-stay! For all the amenities in comparison to the price it is more than worth it! We'll be coming back to this rental for sure. We did come in the “winter” months so it was a little rainier, but still so enjoyable and worth every moment!

We had a wonderful stay at the Waipouli Beach Resort G107, 1 Bedroom Luxury Condo. I would highly recommend this condo to others. The only thing missing was a coffee pot, they had a Keurig, but we prefer the real deal. However it gave us the chance to check out Island Craves Kauai and java kai kauai. The condo had all other supplies, was well maintained and clean. The pool and beach were wonderful!!

The first time on a family vacation after the pandemic and wow.. so glad we were able to stay here again! Rooms were great, clean and functional. This unit in on the first floor and you can see the sunrise through the dining room window. They have buckets and shovels, pool noodles and boogie boards so you don’t need to bring them. The kitchen is stocked with spices, aluminum foil, olive oil.. so just go to Safeway across the street and cook at home!

We had a great time in Kauai! And the place was in a convenient location on a beachfront resort. Equipped with everything we need. An umbrella and beach chairs were provided. A good bed and clean bathroom (2 toilets!). Communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The neighborhood is very conveniently located and the room is very quiet! Would absolutely recommend to stay there!

The entire vacation was fabulous, highlighted by a beautiful property that was clean, secure and beautifully located in Kapaa. The pool, restaurant and condo were immaculate. Gym has excellent equipment, but perhaps too crowded to allow for movement with more that a few people working out simultaneously. Overall, an amazing stay and highly recommended.

Parking was terrible. handicap spaces limited to two. If you don't get one of those you'll be walking. Room nice except workers were right out our window painting. Never made it to pool so can't say. Would not stay at this property again.

1st class accommodations from room itself, to the facility grounds and pool area. met and exceeded expectations. if your family enjoys being active in the ocean water, the coral at this location made it difficult. everything was perfect

We were beyond pleased with our stay and by the end of our vacation we felt like it was a second home. We have never stayed in a resort style vacation rental and this place exceeded our expectation. We explored the Island in the mornings and had plenty of time to spend a few hours at the pool in the afternoon. Our kids are pool snobs and this pool was top tier for them!

Property has great amenities, and it’s location is perfect. The unit itself needed some sprucing up. There was mold and mildew several places, and many of the towels smelled of mildew when we arrived. The main microwave is not functioning so you’re left with a very small unit. The lanai is quite small and with no view.

The resort is beautiful with manicured grounds, a sprawling pool and beach front. The photos of the view provided when I booked the rental did not reflect the unit I rented. The view was not of the courtyard. There was some greenery in our view and a busy walkway. No privacy if we had the glass door open. The AC was shut off for a day and a half due servicing during our stay. We were not informed of this at the time of the rental. The unit could use an update. The ice maker doesn’t work. The built in microwave doesn’t work. There is a small microwave on the counter for use though. Bed was very comfortable. Over all the resort is quite nice and we would come back but not rent this unit. Our friends booked from the same site and received a unit just as described. Their view of the courtyard was beautiful.

Liked the condo. It needed a few new parts which are on order. The real estate company was easy to deal with and responsive. Would return again.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. Garden Island Properties were excellent communication with communicating what to expect and check-in/check-out procedures. They made us feel welcome. Clean property with lots of amenities, convenient location, and quiet during the week we stayed. We LOVED the pool area and beach access. I did yoga on the beach every morning and being from the mid-west, we enjoyed the East coast sunrises because we were asleep before sunset! We will return.

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. There is tons of space in the condo itself and the pool was awesome! Right next to the beach where you will likely see a seal snoozing during the day. Loved the private garden area just outside the patio door.
