This place was very clean and well stocked in every room from kitchen appliances to beach towels and beach supplies and even a curling iron. The couch is wicker and not comfortable. Could not relax on it after a long day out. A comfy couch would have made the stay perfect.

I was pleasantly surprised when arriving at the villa. There were so many amenities that I wasn't expecting. Plenty of dishes, cooking utensils plus spices, condiments etc. Beach chairs and coolers. The living room air con was old a quite loud and the patio furniture a bit worn but other than that everything was great!

Well stocked unit. Great location. AC a plus in the 2 bedrooms and family room. Towels need to be replaced as they were stained from the red dirt. That may be a losing battle though. Shower curtain also needed to be replaced as it was smelly and moldy. Washing the curtain helped with that. Furniture needs cleaning. The unit would have gotten 5 stars if not for the prior. No bugs in the unit which is a huge plus for Kauai!!

We have replaced the towels as suggested and will continue to monitor and replace them as needed due to the red dirt here on Kauai that can cause staining. For our guests’ convenience, we also provide rags to help clean red dirt from shoes after outdoor activities. I appreciate you pointing out the issues with the shower curtain and furniture. We have addressed these concerns with our housekeeping team and apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please be assured that upholstery and rugs are professionally cleaned on a regular basis.

Our stay was great! The place was very clean and had everything we needed- even great beach gear/chairs! The beds were very comfortable and it was quiet at night. Also, it turns out the east side of the island where this is located is super convenient for getting to activities all over the island and there were plenty of GREAT restaurants close by. The pools and beach were super convenient and both were gorgeous.

We had a wonderful time in Kauai. Our rental was wonderful and close to beaches and activities we were interested in such as hiking, snorkeling and great places to eat. I took my son to Kauai for his birthday. He loves waterslides so I chose the Beach Villas since they have one in the resort next door. To our surprise, it was only a few yards from our villa and we had a blast. The facilities were amazing, there was a beautiful beach within a few minutes walk and our villas was large, clear, comfortable, and well-decorated. The kitchen had e everything we needed to eat almost all our meals there. We will be back again for sure.

We loved our stay and couldn’t have asked for more from the condo. Quiet, clean, and a 5 minute walk to the beach or pools. The chairs, umbrella, and cooler were so helpful for our family with a little one. The communication was very clear and provided all the information we needed when we needed it. Overall a great stay and for the price, can’t be beat!

This was an ideal location for our visit to Kaua’i . From the apartment we were within an hour to every part of the island we visited. The place was beautiful and comfortable with every amenity for the comforts of home while on vacation. We like to have some meals in and pack hiking lunches so a kitchen was invaluable to us and it was very well equipped with small appliances and a dishwasher! We packed light and we’re happy to have the washer dryer available. Having two bathrooms was deluxe as well as space between the bedrooms for privacy. The decor was beautiful and comfortable. There are beach chairs to use and floats - they thought of everything. Having resort access and using the pools and hot tubs after a long day hiking and sight seeing was amazing. Close to restaurants, beaches and hiking trails. Having a rental car was so convenient and there was ample parking on site. I would recommend to anyone traveling to the beautiful island.

The condo was perfect for our family. It was clean and came with everything we needed during our stay. The beach is too rough to swim in, but we enjoyed the pool and hot tubs at the resort nearby as well as the poolside and lounge entertainment. The location was close to Lihue and allowed us to explore the eastern and southern part of the island.

Absolutely amazing stay... unit was wonderful and clean with all the amenities we needed... Hassle free check in...no need to stand in line. We got our room code sent through email upon arrival. There’s a reef barrier beach where you can lay in the sun & dip your feet in the water.
We also had access to the neighbor property “Awesome”.. it has a Resturant/water slide/ pool and jacuzzi. Stunning time!!And last but not least wanted to say thank you to the property management team... we are so grateful for your assistance, patience and expertise.

The complex is a little dated but the unit offset that issue. Very clean. The kitchen well equipped. It was nice to find a well stocked pantry...spices/condiments/a starter bag of coffee etc. saved an arrival trip to the store to get the basics. Hotel pool access was a real plus. Management very helpful with precise instructions etc. would definitely recommend.

My family and I really enjoyed this private location. It was clean, easily accessible, and was peaceful along the beach. It was easy to check in and out. We were very impressed with this space and would love to return in the future.

This Vacatiin unit is a perfect location and such a beautiful stay to stay. Everything you need is right here. The owners have you set up just right, like your at home, but in Paradise! The management company is so unbelievably great to work with! Answering all questions and making sure all is well! Thank you for the Stay

Great sized unit. Needs furniture update but overall comfortable. Can't see the ocean but a short walk and we were there.

A very nice condo. conveniently located next to Kauai Beach Resort is a plus for this condo. I highly recommend the condo.

the unit was so cute! lots of homey touches. there were beach chairs and snorkle masks and water shoes that were a pleasant surprise!! the kitchen had plenty of appliances and cups dishes and we were happy that there was an ice machine and spices and a few extras in the cupboard. beds were comfy and this unit was a short walk to the pools and the beautiful sunrises at the beach. would definitely stay here again! any time I messaged, my host replied quickly. 10/10 recommend
