Hale Moana in Village Manor #E21 is a cozy, bright and airy second floor, two-bedroom, 1.5 bath, end unit with mountain views and distant peek-a-boo ocean in Kapaa Town. The central location on Kauai's eastern shore, easy walking distance to shops, grocery stores, beaches and restaurants make this Kauai beach side condo perfect for your holiday getaway. A great rental if you are looking for value and convenience.
Located next door to the Coconut Coast Beach, Coconut Market Place, along the coastal bike path and just steps from the beautiful Waipouli Coconut Grove, one of the largest coconut groves on the island where Hawaiian Royalty once went horseback riding through the coconut trees.
This second floor end unit with open living area, kitchen with breakfast bar, spacious countertop and table comes fully equipped with a Queen bed in the master bedroom with ensuite half bath and 2 Twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. Sleeps up to 4.
The Living room offers a 50" Smart TV with Spectrum Cable channels. Complimentary high speed internet and WiFi is also available. Beach Gear provided includes: Beach towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler.
Ceiling fans are located in both bedrooms and the open living area to circulate the cool ocean breezes. NO AC. The kitchen with new appliances is fully equipped with oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster, blender, electric kettle, coffee maker and other amenities for "home" meals. The main bathroom has an upgraded walk in shower.
Two lanais (front and back) located off of the living room and kitchen are great for morning coffee or tea. Enjoy the distant ocean and Coconut Grove views from the front lanai and distant ocean and mountain views from the back lanai!
Coin operated washer/dryer located on property. Parking is free and located at your doorstep.
This apartment provides 634 square feet of living space and is an affordable accommodation in Kapaa located 1 mile to Papaloa Beach and Lava Lava Beach Club, 1.6 miles from Lydgate State Park, 2.8 miles from Kealia Beach, 3 miles from Opaekaa Falls, 1.7 miles from Wailua River and Smith Tropical Paradise Luau, Gardens, and Fern Grotto Boat Tour. Great location and was centrally located to everything. This apartment is well stocked and had everything I needed to stay comfortably for the week. There's no AC but the it had plenty of fans to keep the air circulation going. Great communication by the host.

Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber. Die 2 Balkone (obwohl klein) sind super. Kommunikation mit Kanani schnell und unkompliziert. Filterwasser im Kühlschrank und Kaffeekapseln haben uns am Anfang sehr geholfen (kamen abends an und waren einfach nur sehr müde). Wir haben mehrheitlich gut geschlafen obwohl die Betten etwas weich waren. Wir wussten, dass wir schnell und unkompliziert Kanani kontaktieren könnten wenn etwas wäre. Die Lage (Fussnähe zu Läden, Restaurants und Strand) ist nicht zu überbieten!

We stayed here for 9 nights and it was phenomenal! Grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance. Beach was within walking distance, however, beaches for swimming were only a short drive away. The property was clean, safe, and quiet. You might get some noise from the luau next door but we didn’t mind at all! Overall we enjoyed our stay, thank you!!

Very nice for family of 3. Master bedroom plus single beds for each teen. Has a small kitchen perfect for cooking
Wish there was a dish washer. Did not like doing dishes every day. There were 3 people but 2 bath towels in bathroom. Shower is nice bit careful floor is slippery/ at a slant. Recommend a non slip mat.
Host is very responsive. Location is central. We visited north shore and poipu whenever we like. Convenient.

a little small for the price. no place to pool or hot tub. now for the good stuff, lots of tools to cook with and a few spices too. beds are comfortable and the apartment cools off in the evening with a breeze and a few fans. everything was clean and taken care of, also had good response with the managment company. the location was nice. we could walk to a bar or resturant and a grocery store accross the street.everything else in town only a few minutes far as location on the island you cant be much closer to the middle of everything.

The property is a lovely flat with all you need for a wonderful stay. It is close tot he beach, shops, and great food. The unit was clean and updated. Its a block walk to ocean with beautiful view. We did a lot of day excursions so mainly used the unit to sleep -- was great for that. A bit warm but they provided ample fans. Nice location to get to all areas of the island. No ocean view -- we liked the second story though.

Great location and super close to a Safeway! We went stargazing and watched the sunrise at Lydgate Beach nearby. Clean unit, no AC though but the fans worked well for us. Beach chairs were also a plus! Kitchen table was a bit cramped, but overall very satisfied with the place.

We enjoyed the property. It was clean, comfortable. Newly renovated, feels like home, kitchen is well stocked, management is responsive to requests. Would recommend.

The condo was extraordinarily clean, comfortable, and cheerful. It was well stocked with paper products, kitchen supplies, cleaning agents, iron, extra towels, and pretty much anything you might need for your stay. The location was great - close to the airport, grocery store, restaurants, beach, and attractions on the east and south side. We had a toaster that was on the blink. The management was very responsive, and replaced it within a couple of hours. Although the unit was warm, there were ceiling and portable fans throughout the bedrooms and living room to keep things pleasant. The beds were very comfortable too. Overall, an excellent accommodation.
