Kauai Kailani #315, Kapaa, Hawaii. Kauai vacation rental conveniently located in Kapaa Town on Kauai’s Royal Coconut Coast. This cute boutique condo is walking distance to the ocean, shops, restaurants, coffee shops and more! No Resort Fees.

Newly remodeled Unit! Two bedrooms, 1 bath 3rd (top) floor unit, no elevator. The first bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed and smart TV. The second bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed with sliding doors between the main living area for privacy. Air conditioning throughout, ceiling fans and portable fans are provided.

Full kitchen, private lanai, ceiling fans, smart TV with cable in the living room and bedroom. Complimentary Wi-Fi and parking, beach chairs, beach umbrella, small cooler and beach towels are provided. There is a washer/dryer in unit! Sleeps up to 4 guests total including children and infants.

Enjoy the ambiance of old Hawaii with the coconut palms swaying and ocean sounds from your private lanai. Sunrises and moon rise from the resort grounds are awe-inspiring! Enjoy the oceanfront pool, barbecue grills and gorgeous views from this Kapaa property. The ocean and lagoon tidepools are perfect for wading and the little ones to enjoy.

For the avid outdoors person, kayak up the Wailua River, hike the Sleeping Giant Trail, visit Opaeka'a Falls, golf at Wailua Golf Course or just sun, swim and snorkel in your own back yard at the Kauai Kailani. Take a boat ride up to the Fern Grotto or just lay by the pool and enjoy your Kauai vacation. This central location makes it easy to visit the Waimea Canyon and Poipu to the south or Hanalei Bay and Haena to the north. Wailua Golf Course is a few minutes away.

Located 6.5 miles from the Lihue Airport and walking distance to the town of Kapaa make this an ideal getaway for couples or families alike. Our vacation rental experience was perfect. Our vacation rental was located perfectly in the middle of Kapaa, with shopping, restaurants, hiking and biking trails, and beaches within walking distance. It literally took 2 minutes to get the beach. We loved our vacation rental. It had every amenity needed for a great stay, (inviting property, comfortable rooms, kitchen, and washer/dryer). If you are looking for the perfect place to stay, we would recommend this property to anyone!

Well organized. Key coded lock makes it easy.very nicely equipped inside. Ceiling fans & AC. Very nice appliances! It would be nice if they identified the property by room# prefix KKB # to let you know which building...

Stayed in Kauia for 13 days and this place is awesome had everything we asked for, the chairs and some umbrella good when you go to the beach. Right infront the best shaved ice ever * Wailua Shaved Ice*. Beautiful sunrise in the morning! Highly recommend.

We stayed here for our first time to Hawaii. The place was beautiful and clean and in the best location. We did a lot of activities on the island and it was centrally located to everything we did. We didn’t use the beach at the apartment but it was nice to have it close by. I would definitely stay here again. The hosts were responsive and made sure we had what we needed. I will say having the in unit washer and dryer was a plus!! Thank you for a lovely time at your beautiful place. Mahalo!

The condo has a great location, across the street from Ross, Safeway and the best shaved ice in town. It's also near the only Tiki Bar we could find a cute brewery. The beach supplies were super handy, we had everything we need for our party of 4. The beach by the condo is not very swimmable, but great to go see the sunrise in the morning. Beaches close by you can swim at. :)

Super cute condo, I loved the set up of the 2 bedrooms. Had any amenity that you want in my opinion. Idk if it’s at this time of year or always, but the beach you can walk to that’s close to the condo didn’t appear to be swimmable. But an amazing place to watch the sunrise and have your morning coffee. Location is fantastic - directly across the street from anything you might need during your trip, Ross dress for less, UPS, grocery, ABC store, ice cream, arcade, restaurants! We spent so much time checking out the entire island and spending minimal time in the condo, but for the time we did want to relax it certainly is relaxing. And bonus points for the AC getting the unit COLD. 5/5 stars! We loved it here!

Our trip was cancelled to Maui and we switched islands at the last minute. I called Garden Island Properties and the office staff was so amazing and helpful in such a stressful time. Sarah is the best!!! She booked us at the Kauai Kailani #315 site unseen and we were happy with the condo. The condo was remodeled and updated and very clean. It is in the middle of the island so perfect for activates we had planned on the South or North shore. There was not an ocean view which was ok and the beach area was not good for swimming, but there are multiple beaches close by. We always went to Lyngate beach that had large lava rock that made a pool to swim in because the waves were huge. We saw so many fish and enjoyed that beach. The office staff checked on us and always replied to emails in a timely manner. We had a really great stay in Kauai!
