We had a wonderful time. The property was just as it was described and we enjoyed the central location. The condo had everything we needed to be perfectly comfortable. If we get the chance we would definitely come back!

Die Lage ist Perfekt, mann ist in ca. 30 Minuten im Norden oder Süden für die Aktivitäten. Es wurden uns sogar Sonnenschrim und Strandstühle zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir könnenes nur weiterempfehlen.

Our stay was good. We had to reach out to the property manager for a couple of things and they were super great and attentive to to issues. The unit is a great location on the property. We enjoyed the ocean breeze into the unit and the breeze was a life saver at night. The ceiling fans were helpful but the stand up fan in the main bedroom was necessary for additional air movement. Overall we were pleased with this place.

Nice location. Beach is not swimmable due to rough waters. Nice walking path and an outdoor patio with a great view. Staff is very responsive and helpful. Overall, a very nice condo.

We really enjoyed our stay as this place was very secluded and close to the beach. We were able to walk to the beach area to snorkel and life guard was near (for us beginners) but a close drive to the town.

We had a great time it’s very quiet and peaceful the condo is top notch with a lot of attention to detail a lot of money has been spent on the furnishings and patio furniture is all top quality the whole place has a luxury feel to it. Also it was exceptionally clean. The unit is well positioned so you can have a sea view in the distance and the pool is good, you have direct access to a very long sandy beach.

The property is surrounded by parks, a golf course and the ocean. It’s beautiful and quiet and has easy access to the beach. It was very well equipped. Everything needed to cook or grill out was in the unit but there were good restaurants nearby as well. Ongoing road construction to the north of the property made return trips from the North points on Kauai a lot longer. We will definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay in unit #114. It was completely as advertised. In fact, we were pleasantly surprised to find how well equipped the unit was, particularly the kitchen. Whatever we needed was there! The unit is very spacious and was very well maintained and meticulously clean.Similarly, the resort is lovely and extremely well maintained. The grounds are lovely with a very nice swimming pool. The location is superb, with miles of spectacular beaches to both the north and the south.While the location is somewhat remote, with no stores or restaurants within walking distance, this was a huge plus, as the resort is bounded by parks and the beaches.We would fully recommend both Kaha Lani Resort and unit #114.

We loved our stay at Kaha Lani 114. The view was amazing. The unit had everything we needed. Lydgate Park was close. I loved the lanai and my little had so much green space to explore and play. Would go back!

The property was as described. Really enjoyed are stay here. Have stayed in the vicinity many previous times. This was my first stay in this resort. The accommodations were excellent from kitchen to bathroom. A few issues are as follows: 1.) Every time I went to put out the trash the bins where overflowing and to had walk to find another place for trash.
2.) The windows seem to be not clean.
3.) The TV seems to recessed in cabinet and not viewable from the side chairs.
4.) Many of the screens had holes in them allowing flying insects into unit.
Things that we like about property:
1.) Windows that open to allow cross ventilation. Since there was no AC in this unit it seemed to keep in cool when temps where up.
2.) well accommodated FFE and hardware.
3.) Enjoyed the sliding screens in the east main room, used those on a daily basis plus with windows could still get cooling breezes through unit.
4.) Parking was near the unit and never over full, always found a space near the unit.

Very nice place, exactly as the picture displays. Watching the sunrise over the sea is just gorgeous. Close to little town of Kapa’a, it is very well located in a quiet place.

We stayed here for five days as a family of four and found it very comfortable and the views were beyond beautiful. There is no ac in the unit and we stayed in August so it was warm, but with well positioned fans and the ocean breezes, we were quite happy. (That said, I don't think I'd choose to travel to Hawaii in August again.) The property is beautiful and it's nicely located with an easy trail for walking. It's not close enough to a grocery store to walk for supplies though, so one really needs a rental car. Unfortunately at the end of the trip, I tested positive for Covid just before we were due to fly out. (No one else in the family caught it - which I credit to the open windows and fans.) My one complaint is that the property management company was singularly unhelpful in helping me find another place to quarantine. I understood that I needed to vacate the unit on time and I did, but they did not help me to book another unit on the property (but I finally did this myself using another company) and then they didn't offer me any place to be between the hard-line checkout time on my current unit and the hardline checkin time on my new unit. I ended up sitting by the pool with all of my luggage, a fever, and a cough for five hours. It was fairly miserable, but once I was checked into my new unit, it was all lovely again and I was able to rest and recover.

Kaha Lani exceeded our expectations. We booked last minute just two months out. Reviews on this property and unit specifically were awesome. Ground level units on ocean side are the only way to go. Laundry is super clean and takes cards. Beware of hours posted. Security on site and quiet and safe. *only one gripe. Toilet papers is Costco single ply. We travel a lot and always bring our own. This condo is 8 mins from airport and 8 minutes from Kapaa Town. Great central location THANKS

Stayed here for 1 week for a little family vacation. We found the property/amenities exactly what the description info provided. The unit had everything we needed and the management company was very responsive when we had a question. Everything seemed to be clean and in excellent shape. The location was conveniently located near airport, equal distance to both the south and north parts of the island. It is also very close to the coconut shopping center. Something to be aware of that we didn’t look into is road construction going on, heading north. It was always a quick drive north but it took an extra 20min everyday coming back due to the stop and go traffic. We also didn’t know that the property is located near a small camping spot which seemed to attract occasional sketchy folks heading along the roadside as you make the turns into the property complex. We never felt unsafe or really noticed much, but we’d recommend heading north if you ever take walks on the paved path located along the shoreline. We were fully aware that there was no AC and multiple fans were provided, but it still took some time getting used to the humidity/heat during our stay since we are not used to it. The fan noise also took a bit getting used to. Overall it was a wonderful stay/experience. Only other critique we had was the slightly confusing instructions regarding parking pass. The emailed instructions suggested that we could print out a pass at the property office there, but we found that a pass was already waiting in the unit and if known we didn’t need to bother the property office located there even though they refused to print anything for us anyways. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

The rental was great. Very clean, well appointed, It had everything you could need for your vacation including beach chairs and beach towels. It even had umbrellas for the occasional rainstorm. I am a little OCD and was very comfortable. It took a minute to get use to the roosters crowing but was clearly warned and they soon became part of the ambiance. All in all it was a terrific place.

This rental was as you see it displayed:roomy, well furnished and very comfortable. It was clean and the kitchen was well was located off the highway so it was very quiet and it was surrounded by a state park with walking paths, an enclosed swimming area with a lifeguard and a walkable beach. If we go to Kauai again, we will stay here. Also the location on the Island was ideal. It is situated on the middle of the east coast. We easily drove north and south to explore the island.

It has a good central location for island visits.
The management company was very responsive to our queries, and the on-site reception very nice. The grounds were clean and pleasant.
The proximity to the swimming beach at Lydgate Park is convenient and the big playground excellent.
We enjoyed our outing to the Kamokila village, renting a canoe there to go to the falls and fern grotto, then a swimming spot. The lighting of the city hall building for Christmas, with the beautiful decorations was an amazing community project spearheaded by a very kind and civic minded individual. Waimea Canyon was beautiful and we enjoyed the swimming and snorkeling at Hanapepe beach. The luau show at Smith's was convenient and good. The service received from the condo management company was one of the best we have seen in the business.

Our stay in Kaha Lani 114 was excellent! The condo is well equipped and has an updated interior and a very comfortable mattress on the bed. One of the floor fans was not working but Garden Island Properties got us a new one promptly. They rock! The lack of AC was not a big deal as the ceiling fans with windows open at night was comfortable. The location was central to going north or south for activities on the island and the pool was beautiful when we wanted to hang out close to the condo. The beach umbrella, chairs, and cooler were useful for trips out to beaches during our stay. We'll definitely stay here again on future trips.

Our rental unit was extremely nice. It had recently been renovated so it was nicely updated. The view was fantastic and we spent a lot of time on the patio. We have The kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped. There also was outdoor and play equipment. Chairs,umbrellas, cooler snorkeling gear, etc
We found the bed uncomfortable and so we tried the living room sofa bed. This was worse. We ended up putting the bed mattress on the living room floor. That made it much more enjoyable. My only suggestion would be to invest in a new mattress (perhaps a king) we would stay here again. Close to the park and a nice beach to take a long walk. The gardens and pool are well maintained.

We have been renting on Kauai for over 20 years, usually in a home or cottage,never in a hotel setting. For several years, Kaha Lani was a possibility for us, so this year we made it happen.
Our unit was perfect for us, on the ground floor, was the right size and had the perfect covered deck and access to walk out to the ocean and path.
The only issue with condos when you are on the ground floor is the possibility of a noisy family above. We only had one family with three small children above us for a few weeks, which was not too bad. A few of the guests at the resort, from time to time, wanted to be loud friends with everyone they came in contact with, so a little privacy issue, but that is to be expected in a condo with a pool setting. That is why we usually rent a separate home. We still loved everything about the resort and the unit we were in. Overall, it was wonderful for a couple of seniors who like to walk early and late in the day near the property.
The grounds were beautifully maintained and your entire staff was helpful, friendly and fun to talk to.

We really enjoyed our two week stay. Very private complex away from the busy wall to wall condos of Kapa'a. 100 years from semi private beach as we are the only complex there. Unit was roomy 730 square feet. Though there was mixup on the access to the unit when we arrived, Sue (property manager) came out at midnight to fix things , very professional. Gave us Late checkout.
My wife and I really loved the place. Mahalo for everything!

The place is clean, well maintained and fully furnished with many ammenities you wouldn't find normally -- boogie boards, beach towels, toys. The setup of the resort is also pretty good with a lot of space our the kids to play, swim and even chase the roosters! The proximity with the Lydgate Park and Kalamani bridge for kids was also a plus. Location wise, it's well located, within an hour/hour drive of most major attractions and parks.

Wonderful location for a beach lovers vacation. We enjoyed a view of the ocean from the dining room table as we ate our meals. Well stocked kitchen so easy to eat in and enjoy the view. Walking distance to kids play areas and beach as well as a good surfing/boogie board beach. Great beach extras available- boogie board, umbrells, beach chairs. Only 2 minor complaints - the tile floor was swept but our feet got dirty walking on it. Small blood stain was on the bottom white sheet. Would definately plan to rent here again

We stayed two weeks in 115 and then it was no longer available so we moved to 114. Both are part of a great community - Kaha Lani - in a wonderful location with easy access to all sides of the island. Both have a great view of the huge lawn with landscaping and ocean waves. There are lots of amenities, including beach gear and full kitchen supplies. Extra bathroom was helpful, but a king bed would have been more comfortable. Property management was very friendly and helpful. Laundry conveniently located and machines always available. Nice pool. Overall highly recommended.

the one bedroom on bottom floor was very secure, clean,and view of the ocean. Just minute's to walk every day on the beach .

Love the location and the heated pool. The mattesses in the bedroom is in need to be changed. It is really sagging.

This was our first trip to Kauai and we wanted to stay in a fairly central location to allow us to explore the island. The property was well located and allowed us to easily to get to most of the island. Although we did not use the facilities at the resort they the pool looked nice. The view of the ocean was great. Lyndgate Park is close by (a 5 minute walk) and was very nice as well. The unit itself was clean and well stocked. The only negative was the small (double) bed in the bedroom. It's a tight fit for two.

Wild chickens roam most of Kauai and this resort has its share. We enjoyed waking up to the local flock. But what we enjoyed most was the view! Just through the swaying palms lays the windward side of the island. A constant breeze blows through the unit. Walk across a well manicured lawn to the path along the ocean and a couple hundred yards north you're at Lydgate beach. A strong shore break discourages swimming, but head towards the lifeguard tower and lagoon and take a dip. The east side of the island is ideal for day trips to north or south side. While it can be rainy at times on the east side, head to the sunny south side. There's a nearby Safeway that's not too pricey, or hit the Costco in Lihue. The pool on this property was also a hit with our children! Warm with a tile bottom.

We were very happy with our fact we would live to come back!! The unit was clean, well stocked with what a family needs, and had the most magnificant view and grounds!!! It was wonderful being able to cook a complete meal for a family with 2 hungry teenagers and the sleeping areas and washroom facilities more than adequate. Any time we needed ro inquire about a service or assistance, we were promptly and xouteously dealt with. This was probably our best vacation ever!!
