Waipouli Beach Resort B-301, 2 Bedroom Luxury Condo

We had a lovely time staying here! The condo was beautiful with everything we needed. Our granddaughters loved the pool area with the waterslides and it was a beautiful spot for the whole family to hang out. The location is a perfect central location to enjoy all the hottest spots and beaches on the island with just a short drive. Kauai has so many great beaches and is amazingly beautiful! We really enjoyed our trip!

We had a wonderful time here! The beach right outside the door is so peaceful and quiet. It was the perfect place to sit and read a book. The kiddos LOVED the pool. The room was very well appointed and I can honestly say there wasn’t anything we needed that wasn’t already there. We had a wonderful time and fully recommend this condo!

Kanani’s place was beautiful, spacious, a convenient location and they were a responsive host. It’s right on the beach and has an amazing pool area. We’ll be daydreaming about staying here again. They have convenience items on hand in the unit that go above and beyond what most host offer. The beds are comfortable and the patios provide extra indoor-outdoor living space. Parking was ample and close to the unit. Thanks for hosting us and sharing your five star accommodations with our family.

Family vaca with two grandmas, 3 young boys and a mom & dad. From the moment we walked in, we felt at home. There was enough room for everyone. Everything was clean and all of the furnishings were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with quality dish ware etc.(not like those places with hand-me-down mismatched plates and cups). Keyless entry was so convenient. AC was great to cool down, but we all enjoyed turning that off and having all of the open windows with the wonderful island air breezing through. The property itself was beautiful. Just steps to the beach or pool which is where we lived every afternoon/evening. I think the adults had just as much fun at the pool as the kids did. Be sure to go feed the Koi next to the lobby on Sunday mornings! (Food provided by resort) Safeway and the shops across the street were a life saver! Young and old, we all said we would love to come back to this place.

Had a wonderful stay at beautiful complex which is centrally located between Poipu and Princeville making it easy to access the different beaches on the island. The beach at the complex was rocky and somewhat difficult to access. Overall this a great place to vacation. The pool is fantastic!

Waipouli Beach Resort suite B301 was awesome! The location in Kapaa made it easy to travel to the south and north sides of the island. Having a grocery store right across the street was nice too. Great restaurants near by for coffee and breakfast too. Having beach chairs and umbrellas available for our use was so helpful too. Although we only used twice it was a lovely pool and hot tub. The suite was clean and had a small, but nice, view of the ocean. We would definitely stay there again without a doubt!

We loved our time in Waipouli. The pool is amazing and my daughter was obsessed with the slides. The beach is right there! You're across the street from a grocery store and down the road from shops and restaurants. Keyless entry made it simple. We enjoyed our time!

We had a great stay and the staff was super accommodating. We paid some extra for late (8pm) checkout as we had a 10pm flight home. An airline glitch resulted in us not being able to fly and we were able to return to our unit the next night with all of our left over groceries still there for us. The pool area is really beautiful, three hot tubs with one just for kids, the Oasis restaurant was a real plus to have on site, although it is closed Sundays and Mondays. The beach is beautiful and there is a great walking/biking trail nearby that we used almost daily. The location was so convenient. Halfway between the north and south shores, we never had to drive too far yo get somewhere. There is a grocery store right across the street and a Ross that came in handy when our luggage flew home without us stranding us with just our carryons for three days. Our balcony overlooked the parking, but did have a limited ocean view. The unit was clean, well furnished, had a washer and dryer, had oils and spices so check what they have before you shop to save money. So many rentals are stripped bare of everything except salt and pepper. This was a welcome change. The resort has a spa, my husband’s massage was one of his best ever, and they rent bikes and other things as well. There were also 4 comfy beach chairs we could take down to the beach. Overall an outstanding stay. I would highly recommend.

The condo was amazing and the complex amenities were terrific. Our kids loved the pool and the proximity to the beach, plus the shopping center across the street was super convenient. The condo was clean, had a very well-stocked kitchen, and plenty of towels. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely go back.

Was a great time staying at Wailoupi beach resort .. place was just as advertised with the pictures being spot on and not misleading at all...the unit was more than enough for the 2 of us to have our own space...all the rooms and areas were spacious with all new appliances ...we didnt have any issues during our 2 weeks there..the management company checked in to make sure if there was anything we needed...the property was beautiful and centrally located with beautiful pool area with no real crowds to speak of..the staff was always friendly and helpful for our needs..we will definitely be coming back ..mahalo

We had a great experience at this property. The pool with the slides is wonderful for kids. Our 3 yea fold had a blast. The property is centrally located so easy to get to north and west sides. It was clean and quiet but the king bed needs to be replaced. Also need more
Utensils in the kitchen. Missing regular size spoons.

Great location, lovely pools and hot tubs, good restaurant. The included beach chairs and umbrella were pretty old and ratty and the umbrella had a broken pin so was a little wonky. For such a pricey rental, updated beach stuff would be nice. Also, the master bed mattress was pretty sunken, could use an update. Overall very nice, plenty of towels and kitchen stuff. The oven takes a really long to come to temp though.

Condo is excellent. Very good condition, complex has an amazing pool and very close to the water. We stayed for 6 nights. Full size fridge and high end appliances. If you are going to cook. Keep in mind that the oven takes about 30 minutes to preheat to 400. A/C works great. Owner was responsive with the few issues we had. I would highly recommend. Lots of shops and dining options close. Location is very central to north and south shore so it's a great staging point. If the Management company reads this. There is an issue with the direct tv box in the living room it take 5+ minutes for a channel to come in.

We LOVED our stay. Everthing was as described. Very upscale condo. Clean and inviting. The pool was definately our favorite amenity (this is why we chose this resort) The only thing that would have made the resort stay better would be to have better poolside food and beverage service. We would certainly stay here again and recomend it to our friends and family!

Pool was great. Slides a lot of fun. Not crowded. Easy access to Safeway. Building is a bit old, but well maintained. Had to go to a different beach as local one had lots of coral, etc. as you waded in. Ouch. Nice vibes.

Love working with Sarah at Garden Island properties. Never have to worry about anything when booking reservations, everything is always taken care of.We love staying at the Waipouli, amenities, location and pool are great.This particular unit faces the parking lot and the last time we stayed, it was fairly quiet but we noticed there was a lot more “car” noise this time around. Not sure if it was because more people were parked on this side of the building.

This resort has all the amenities we needed. There is even a chiropractor and bike rentals in the lobby. We needed a condo that would comfortably fit 5 adults and this was the icky one we found they had 2 full size beds in one master suite and a king bed in the other. It also has 3 bathrooms-2 showers but having the extra sink area and 3rd toilet was essential with our 3 adult kids! We did have some plumbing issues- toilets and shower dripping- which were taken care of fairly quickly by GI Properties. For sure reason the vTV in the living room didn't get any sports channels but the TVs in the bedroom did. The US Open was going on when we were there and we wanted to watch some matches. GI management was notified but the tech they sent out couldn't figure out the problem. He tried 3 separate times but it still didn't work. The central air worked great, the showers had built in shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers which was really nice. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes and silverware. We did notice the the couch needed a thorough cleaning. It was a bit musty smelling so we never sat on it. The table in the patio was a nice touch since we could actually get a glimpse of the ocean when eating out there. The pool at this resort was absolutely amazing. I've never experienced anything quite like it. So clean and beautiful and of course the slides were fun too. The towel exchange at the pool was really easy to do and we were always provided with fresh pool towels each day. I noticed in previous reviews that people said the slides were only open on the weekends.That was not true for us. They were open every day until 6 pm. The Oasis restaurant by the pool is only open for dinner but did have a bar and live music a couple nights. We also loved the 7 mile-each way- bike path which was easily accessible from our resort. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back sometime in the future.

This vacation rental had a great location right on the beach, large kid friendly pool, nice gym and the amenities we needed. The only small issue I had was accessing the gym on the day of our check out, the passcode may have expired that day even though it was before our check out time. Otherwise the rental was clean, spacious enough for the 3 of us and we’ll kept.

Well it began over a year and a half ago searching the web to find a place to stay on Kauai. Came across this property Waipouli Beach Resort. Showed my family the condo and the pool. My daughter said “that’s it, we are staying there!” I booked it. That’s when our adventure began with the great team of Garden Island Properties. So for a year I called once a month telling them how excited we are. Probably drove them crazy. Then that day care, we boarded the plane. 6 hours later we’ In kauai picked our Jeep “I highly recommend a Jeep for this Island” we drove to our condo, unloaded our luggage and headed down to the pool. Let me back up. The Condo was more amazing than we expected beautiful spacious and very comfortable. Back to the pool. OMG! You will have to experience it for yourself. The management team was amazing helpful and always there when we needed them. My hats off to the person who owners this condo. Up dated high end kitchen everything you need right there. Beds so comfortable. The restaurant Oasis was absolutely amazing top of the line food and service. Just be aware the drink prices are expensive but worth it. Remember you’re on vacation on an Island 4000 miles from big land. The people on the Island are amazing. We are planning our next trip for next year and will be repeating this vacation again. Thank you so much for everyone in making this our best family adventure ever!

We came to the resort for our first trip to Kauai, and thought that the resort was very well-maintained, and the unit was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Everything worked well (internet, washer/dryer, etc.) and we were impressed with the quality of all the furniture and appliances. Great location close to the airport and pretty much equal distance between the north and south part of the island. Definitely recommend it!

This condo was ideal in every way imaginable. The proximity to shopping, to both south and east shore activities, and the location of the condo within the resort were convenient. The condo layout was perfect for our family of four. I wish my home were this functional! Everything we needed was at our disposal-for cooking, sleeping, eating, pool, beach, laundry, relaxing. I really couldn't have asked for more for the price we paid.

The only negative for this stay was the pool...the security and the pool staff were constantly getting mad at the kids for just about anything. It is not the most relaxed environment staff wise...the pool itself was very nice. We had been there for a few days and when I went to get towels they asked where is your arm band? What arm band? I had no idea they required that and when I said we had been there a couple days they acted like I was lying to them...The condo we stayed in was very nice and clean.

Our stay at the Waipouli Beach Resort was nothing short of amazing! The unit we rented was clean, and had everything we could have wanted in a rental. The bed was comfortable, and we could open the patio doors and heat the ocean. The unit was well appointed, with a beautiful kitchen and bathrooms, and beach gear as well. The resort pool and the beach there were amazing. We got to see monk seals twice during our stay! We had a wonderful tome and would absolutely stay here when we return to Kauai!
